APIPROTEC® Children's Beekeeping Suit

Our beekeeping suits comply with the essential health and safety requirements of European Directive 89/686/EEC.

High-performance cotton twill in 300 grams. Twill weave is resistant to wear and tear.

- Highly resistant to wear, abrasion and tearing. Ideal for heavy-duty use.

- The suit is comfortable and well-ventilated.

- The rigidity of the lined cotton twill fabric (600gr) ensures effective support, good visibility and perfect protection for the face and head. The loose-fitting design ensures good internal ventilation and prevents the suit from sticking to the skin.

- The rigidity of the entire veil ensures maximum comfort and protection for the face. An internal visual check verifies closure of the veil (see product photo slideshow).

- 2 side pockets.

- 1 chest pocket with zipper.

- 1 pocket for frame lifter.

Safety, dimensional stability: complies with EN ISO 13688 requirements

Fabric - Tensile strength to ENISO 13934-1 = minimum 800 N

Fabric - Tear strength to ENISO 13937-2 = minimum 15 N

Mesh - Burst strength to ENISO 13938-1 = minimum 800 N

Weight per unit area of fabric to EN 12127 minimum 240g/m².

Mesh thickness to EN ISO 5084 > 2.5 mm

Tensile strength of main seams to ENISO 13935-2 > 200 N
