We have subjected all our beekeeping suits to numerous tests (EPI2 certification), to make sure they are abrasion- and tear-resistant. We’ve also paid particular attention to the seams and hook-and-loop tape, guaranteeing the suit’s watertightness. The 300g “armuré” cotton twill is highly resistant to wear and tear, providing both good ventilation and effective sting protection, while giving you the comfort you need. All our beekeeping suits are hermetically sealed to prevent bees from penetrating, and thick to avoid the risk of being hit by a stinger. To make your work easier, we’ve used materials that feel cool and ventilated for summer.

We’ve adjusted the suit so that the veil is held away from the face for greater comfort and practicality. To reduce the risk of stings, all our beekeeping outfits are white, a color that calms bees and limits the risk of aggression.

When you’re working in an apiary, the risk of stings is always present. While one sting is unlikely to cause health problems – except in cases of allergy – more than a dozen can be dangerous. Our coveralls are designed primarily for your safety, when you’re doing a big job like collecting honey.

We’ve selected top-quality materials to ensure both your safety and your comfort. Preventing bee stings and infiltration into your beekeeper’s suit, it also provides ventilation for greater comfort. Our outfits are designed for both amateur and professional beekeepers.

Beekeeper's jacket

APIPROTEC 60 PRO beekeeping jacket

63 € INCL. VAT

If you don’t do a lot of work with your bees, you can simply equip yourself with a beekeeper’s jacket.

A good jacket, like a suit, must be airtight so that no bees can get inside your outfit, and thick enough to protect you. We’ve designed it just like our beekeeper’s suit, with identical textile qualities and performance.

There are currently two main types of beekeeping jacket.

  • The jacket with a “balaclava” veil, which gives the impression of a cosmonaut;
  • The hat-shaped jacket, with a full protective veil.

The cosmonaut jacket is preferable, offering greater safety than a hat jacket.

Apiprotec is your brand of beekeeping clothing, which takes into account the various climatic constraints and risks to create a quality jacket. Our materials protect you from stings, while allowing you to feel at ease in all your movements. All materials have been tested in our workshops, in our apiaries, and approved by laboratory testing.

Apiprotec guarantees the quality of
its products, for quality beekeeping jackets. We have carried out
various tests on all our jackets, so that they guarantee comfort and

Beekeeper gloves

Beekeeper gloves

19 € INCL. VAT

Beekeepers’ gloves should match your outfit, i.e. all white so as not to upset your bees. Hands are the first to be stung by bees, so gloves should be both thick and airtight, while still being easy to handle when working in the apiary.

When choosing your gloves, be sure to check the different sizes on offer: gloves that are too small will prevent your hands from breathing, while beekeepers’ gloves that are too large will be very awkward to work with. Gloves should be white to match your outfit.

Apiprotec gloves are designed to stand the test of time, for wear-resistant materials. Designed to be sting-resistant, Apiprotec beekeepers’ gloves are the assurance of quality materials, for many years at your side.
